This 100% organic arabica from Peru has been washed and sun-dried before being slowly roasted to extract its characteristics to the full. A well-balanced, creamy body combines with a fruity aroma, and its darkly sweet flavour has notes of cherry and citrus.

This coffee supports the Cafetalera Capucas cooperative in Honduras and the Rahmet Kinara cooperative in Sumatra, through an ethical premium of approximately 5% the price of a tonne of green coffee
