Refund policy

Receiving your Order

Immediately after your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive a confirmation of despatch by email.
Once the goods are delivered, you have 24 hours in which to notify us of any problems with your order. Otherwise, we will assume your order has been received in good condition and is as you expected. Please contact us at premiershop@premier.org.uk or call us on 01892 611180 within 24 hours of delivery if you receive your order in less than top condition.


Returning an item(s)

Here at Premier we pride ourselves on our quality standards with regard to product and service. We do acknowledge however that there are occasions when you may need to return an unwanted or damaged item.

Our return Policy is set out below.

Premier will replace free of charge any item received damaged, providing you notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide us with a description of the damage and in some cases we may require a photo so that we can speak to our couriers. If you receive an item that doesn’t match the item ordered please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange for return and replacement. You will also be given the option of a refund including any postage fees you have paid providing the incorrect item wasn’t part of a multiple order. If you change your mind about an item, you have ordered after it has been despatched or following delivery, you may still be required to pay for the item. Premier reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange without the proper notification as set out in these terms. Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Please remember once you place an order we despatch quickly to meet our service pledges. If your order is cancelled, but it is already in transit, you will be liable for the postage costs including the cost of returning the item to Premier.
